Welcome to the new Women's Enriched & Empowered Circle ! Join me at Charlton Lodge in Knutsford.
This gathering is a safe space for women to come together, share any struggles ( if you feel comfortable), support each other, and grow with confidence. Even more importantly to take some time for you!
The evening will begin with some journaling prompts whilst enjoying herbal tea. You can then release any niggles through some gentle movement and breathwork, leading into a lying down guided meditation & receiving Reiki and sound healing therapy.
Make new connections with like-minded individuals -without any alcohol involved! Come as you are and leave feeling inspired and empowered. I can't wait to welcome you!
