Join us for a one-off Women's self-defence workshop designed to empower and equip you with practical skills to feel more confident and safe when out alone. Open to all fitness levels - no experience necessary. This class will be facilitated by North Coast Tang Soo Do. Complimentary refreshements provided. This workshop is free of charge and is funded by Causeway Coast and Glen's Council's Policing and Community Safety Partnership small grants programme.
