At Moon, we acknowledge that each new hormonal shift - caused by puberty, periods, pregnancy, breastfeeding, menopause and beyond - can create emotional, physical and mental changes and challenges.Our response is to offer tailored care to accompany you every step you take. We are a collaboration of experienced female practitioners, sharing our wisdom and knowledge to provide you with the nurture you need.Our mission is to create a community hub where everyone who identifies with sisterhood or has/had a womb, can come together and feel comfortable, safe and supported.

<h4>Coming together to share, listen, and heal</h4>Every 3rd Sunday of the Month | 3pm – 5pmThe Women’s Truth Circle is a monthly gathering for women who wish to reconnect with honesty, empathy, and the healing power of being truly heard.Each month we come together in an atmosphere of warmth and acceptance to speak from the heart — or to simply listen — as we explore what’s real for us in this moment of our lives.Here, there is no teaching or fixed topic.The conversation unfolds naturally from the voices present in the circle.Some come seeking clarity, some for connection, and some simply to sit among women and feel the strength of shared truth.<ul><li>A caring, confidential space where every voice matters</li><li>Time to share your truth — or to rest quietly in listening</li><li>Gentle reflection, compassion, and collective healing</li><li>Tea, snacks, and the comfort of good company</li></ul><h4>Why We Gather</h4>Telling the truth — even quietly, even just once — has the power to lighten what we carry.When spoken into a circle of women who listen without judgment, truth becomes medicine.Each story, each silence, helps weave a field of healing that belongs to all of us.<h4>Logistics</h4><ul><li>When: Every 3rd Sunday of the month, 3pm – 5pm</li><li>Where: Moon Women’s Health, 63 Chetwynd Road, London NW5 1BX</li><li>Contribution: The circle is freely offered. A £5 donation is welcome to help provide teas and snacks.</li><li>Booking: Space is limited.
