It’s about getting outside, walking at an easy pace, and having the kind of conversations that happen when there’s no rush and no need to perform.
You’ll likely meet women who are thoughtful, funny, supportive and grounded — women who can talk about real life, laugh at themselves, and are just as happy walking quietly as they are chatting. Some walks are talkative, some are more reflective, and both are welcome.
There’s no agenda and no pressure to share anything personal. You can talk, listen, or just walk. It’s not an organised event - just a simple, human way for women who are paying attention to their lives to connect, breathe, and not feel quite so alone.

What This Is (and What It Isn’t)
This is a simple walk and talk for women 45+. We meet, we walk at an easy pace, and we chat as we go. There’s no structure, no activities, and no expectation to share anything personal.
It’s NOT a fitness walk, a networking event, or a workshop. There’s no coaching, no selling, and no pressure to join in in any particular way. You can talk, listen, or just walk quietly alongside others.
Think of it as a very human way to spend an hour or so with other women who are at a similar stage of life and who don't need any explanation - they just know.
Why You Might Want to Come
Many women over 45 find themselves in a stage where life is changing rather than shrinking. There may be more freedom as children get older, or more time to rethink work, relationships, or what comes next. At the same time, that extra space can feel weird - like there’s room to move, but no obvious direction yet.
This walk is a simple way to spend time with other women who recognise that feeling. It’s not about working everything out or having big conversations (though those can happen).
It’s about connection, fresh air, and being around women who understand this stage of life without it needing to be explained.
You might come to clear your head, to talk things through, have a laugh, or just to get out of the house and walk alongside others for a while. All of that is welcome.
What Happens on the Walk
We’ll meet at the agreed location - please arrive 15 mins before the start and be ready to go promptly - and walk together for around 90 mins, depending on location, group size, and weather. Conversations happen naturally in small groups or one-to-one, and it’s always okay to walk quietly if that feels better.
There’s no formal structure and nothing to prepare - just comfortable shoes for walking and clothing for the weather.
