Do I need any experience with yoga, breathwork, or meditation to come?

No experience needed! Everything is beginner-friendly and guided step-by-step. Whether you're brand new to these practices or experienced, you'll feel completely supported.

What should I bring with me?

Bring yourself, a journal, a pen, a reusable water bottle, and an open heart! Feel free to bring a blanket or anything that will help you feel cosy and comfortable during the meditation part, too.

Comfortable clothing you can move and relax in. Think yoga leggings, flowy pants, or anything that feels good on your body. Layers are ideal as we'll be moving between breathwork, movement, and stillness.

Yes! A nourishing, plant-based lunch (vegan-friendly) is included, along with ceremonial cacao and light refreshments throughout the day. If you are concerned about allergies, please advise the hosts, who'll do their best to accommodate tweaks.

What if I’m coming alone?

Beautiful! Many women come solo and it’s an amazing opportunity to meet new soul sisters. You’ll feel welcomed, safe, and part of the sisterhood energy from the moment you arrive.
