Women's Wellness Workshop

Space at the MillManchester, England
Sunday, Feb 22 from 10 am to 1 pm GMT
Overview

Understanding your menstrual cycle and working with your body's natural rhythm.

Join us for this gentle morning workshop, where you'll explore how to support your menstrual cycle from a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual perspective.

This event is perfect for anyone who has struggled with a menstrual health related condition or who wants to better understand their cycle.

Rosannah Jones, Menstrual Cycle Coach

Rosannah will provide an introduction to menstrual cycle awareness, to support you in understanding the shifts and changes that you experience mentally, emotionally and physically each month. You will explore the stress-sensitive nature of your menstrual cycle and be guided through ways to navigate big and intense emotions, particularly in your premenstrual time.

Arabella Saucell, Nutritionist & Homeopath

Arabella will guide you in understanding your cycle and how to nourish your body through each phase using nutrition. Hormones can feel confusing and overwhelming, and it’s not always clear what your body needs through each phase. Arabella will cover what’s happening hormonally throughout your cycle, the symptoms you may notice, and how to support yourself with food, lifestyle & supplements.

Lizzie Minchener, Psychic & Energy Healer

Lizzie will explore the somatic connection between painful periods, stored emotions and unprocessed experiences and the ancestral patterns held within the womb space. Through a guided breathwork and meditation journey, you’ll be supported to reconnect with your womb and pelvic area and observe what emotions may be held there in a safe and supportive way. You’ll have the option to receive Reiki energy healing to promote healing imbalances in the sacral chakra.
