Would you like to use some of this extra time to celebrate your life and what matters to you?

We spend so much time following the lives of others we forget to about our own life, what makes us who we are. There is a benefit in doing this alongside others as we encourage and support each other.

Connecting to the life we're living and helps us to create the life we want. Recognise your journey so far and feel confident in your decisions.

There is a lot of evidence that therapeutic wiritng helps us to be clear on our life path, work through our challenges, celebrate our successes, conncet to our memories and have a clearer vision for our future.

We will spend some time thinking, speaking and writing words. We could use poems, objects and images to help us to connect to our own stories.

  • Over each of the 4 sessions we'll have a different theme:-

  1. Identity and what matters to you

  2. coping with change

  3. remembering who you are and where you've been

  4. connecting and sharing your vision for your future

Join a handful fo people on a similar journey and connect to your story so far.

Sessions include writing exercises and discussions. This is all possible through modern technology.
