Writing Your Future: re-imagining reality - an online writing workshop

These workshops create a space for pausing, reflection and connecting. I place value on slowing down, living an examinded life and building connections. My workshops provide opportunites to conncect o yourself and connect to others in the group as desired. We learn and grow in community.

It's an opportunity to use therapeutic writing to re-imagine reality and to connect to what is possible for you in this time of change.

<p>Would you like to have a deeper connection to your life?</p><p>We spend so much time following the lives of others that we forget about our own life, our unique path. </p><p>Connecting to the life we have lived, and are living, helps us to approach change with positivity and confidence. </p><p>In these &#x27;words for wellbeing&#x27; workshops we&#x27;ll use therapeutic writing. This can help to:-</p><ul><li><h3>increase self awareness and confidence </h3></li><li><h3>reduce anxiety</h3></li><li><h3>reduce isolation</h3></li><li><h3>create connections</h3></li><li><h3>increase gratitude </h3></li><li><h3>improve relationships</h3></li></ul><p>Take time out to reflect on your life, write, speak, connect and share. </p><p>I will select from poems, stories, images or quotes to provide a starting point.</p><p>Our final session in this series</p><p><strong>Writing Your Future:re-imagining reality - 23rd July, 7.15 to 8.30pm</strong></p><p>Join a handful of people on a similar journey.</p><p>Suitable for all levels. <strong>Book now I will send you the online meeting link, password protected.</strong></p><p>Together we will create a safe space for a nonjudgemental and encouraging encounter. </p><p>Look forward to connecting with you.</p><p>Shirley</p>
