A day of creative enquiry for writers, storytellers and all those interested in working with words for well-being. Using the Words for Well-Being Bibliotherapy Toolkit we will explore the value of creative imagination and the gift of facilitation.
Lifelines
Together we will explore how reading and writing about the natural world can offer us a lifeline in the stormy seas of our hearts. We’ll look at how the bibliotherapy toolkit can help guide us towards words that can be healing and helpful in difficult times.
