THE WHITE REVIEWis an arts and literature journal, with triannual print editions and new weekly online content. The magazine launched in February 2011 to provide ‘a space for a new generation to express itself unconstrained by form, subject or genre’, and publishes fiction, poetry, essays, reviews, interviews with writers and artists, and series of artworks.The White Reviewis a registered charity (Charity Number: 1148690).

How do you find a voice when setting out to write fiction? How does a new writer begin to experiment with form, and what is the process of putting together a debut collection of short stories? Vanessa Onwuemezi and Elizabeth O'Connor, the two most recent winners of The White Review Short Story Prize, will discuss these questions in conversation with former judge and Mothers author Chris Power.A Zoom link will be emailed to attendees on the evening of the event.
