Working together to deliver the 10-year A Healthier Wales: Our Workforce Strategy for Health and Social Care

Yn dilyn ymlaen o'r gweithdai wyneb yn wyneb a gynhaliwyd ym mis Mehefin a mis Gorffennaf, mae Addysg a Gwella Iechyd Cymru (AaGIC) a Gofal Cymdeithasol Cymru (GCC) bellach yn cynnal 2 weithdy rhithwir ar Medi 27 a dyddiad i'w gadarnhau ym mis Hydref/Tachwedd.. Nod y digwyddiadau hyn yw cynnig y cyfle i'r rhai nad oedd yn gallu mynychu'r digwyddiadau wyneb yn wyneb i gyfrannu. Bydd gofyn i chi archebu tocynnau i ddwy sesiwn drafod ar y dyddiad y dymunwch ei fynychu, gyda thema wahanol ar gyfer pob sesiwn. Rydym wedi'n cyfyngu i 20 lle fesul pwnc sgwrsio ac maent i'w harchebu ar sail y cyntaf i'r felin. Cynhelir y digwyddiadau hyn dros Zoom, felly sicrhewch, pan fyddwch yn archebu'ch tocynnau rydych yn defnyddio cyfeiriad e-bost a fydd yn caniatáu ichi gael mynediad i'r platfform, gan mai'r e-bost yr ydych yn ei ddarparu yw'r un a fydd yn cael ei ddefnyddio i'ch dyrannu i'r ystafell sgwrsio briodol ar gyfer y thema yr hoffech gyfrannu ato. Os nad ydych yn gallu archebu lle ar y thema ddewisol, cewch gyfle i gyfrannu ar wahân drwy arolwg ar-lein fydd ar gael yn yr Hydref.Bydd y digwyddiad ar y 27ain yn canolbwyntio ar y themâu;• Modelau gweithlu di-dor • Adeiladu Gweithlu Digidol Barod • Addysg Ragorol a Dysgu • Cynhwysiant • Y GymraegBydd yr ail ddigwyddiad ar y 4 Hydref yn canolbwyntio ar y themâu;• Gweithlu Ymgysylltiedig, Brwdfrydig ac Iach• Atyniad a Recriwtio• Arweinyddiaeth ac Olyniaeth • Cyflenwi'r Gweithlu a'i Siâp • LlesiantOs oes gennych unrhyw gwestiynau neu faterion yn ymwneud ag archebu eich lle, cysylltwch â'r beckie.chandler2@wales.nhs.ukFollowing on from the in person workshops held in June and July, Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) and Social Care Wales (SCW) are now hosting 2 virtual workshops on the 7th and 27th of September. These events have been designed to offer the opportunity to contribute for those who could not attend the in person events. You will be required to book tickets to two breakout sessions on the date you wish to attend, a different theme for each one. The spaces are limited to 20 places per breakout topic and are booked on a first come first served basis. These events will be held via Zoom, so please ensure that when you book your tickets you use an email address that will allow you to access the platform, as the email you provide is the one that will be used to allocate you to the appropriate break out room for the theme you wish to contribute to. If you are unable to book a space on your chosen theme you will have the opportunity to contribute separately via an online survey which will be available in the Autumn.If you think you would like to contribute in Welsh to these meetings, please let us know at least a fortnight beforehand so that we can organize a simultaneous translator to be present.The event on the 27th will focus on the themes;•	Seamless Workforce Models •	Building a Digitally Ready Workforce •	Excellent Education &amp; Learning •	Inclusion •	Welsh LanguageThe event on the 4th October will focus on the themes;•	An Engaged, Motivated &amp; Healthy Workforce•	Attraction &amp; Recruitment•	Leadership &amp; Succession •	Workforce Supply &amp; Shape •	WellbeingIf you have any questions or issues around booking your place, please contact beckie.chandler2@wales.nhs.uk
