About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

There are very few professionals working with adults with DLD, but things are changing. People are interested in working in this field, so we want to give all relevant parties the opportunity to get together, share prcatice and learn from one another.

It is anticipated this will be lots of 'bring and share' and is open to practitioners and researchers of all levels of experience. We envisage that these meetings will all be held monthly.

If you haven't already, please complete this survey so we can make the network as useful to you as possible: https://forms.gle/Swnkrj9ncCMBuNS98

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to work with adults with DLD to attend?

Strictly 'no' but you will gain more out of it if you either work in this field or are likely to in the near future.

Do I need to be a NAPLIC member to attend?

No. Unlike the other NAPLIC networks there is no necessity to become a member of NAPLIC. We want to reach a different audience to NAPLIC's core membership (those who work with children and young people).

We offer a rage of CPD opportunities which are free to members. We won't throw non-members out of any sessions but to access online resources you will need to be a member. Please become a member so we can continue to do this work, and much more besides. Membership is just £20 per year. Group membership also available https://www.naplic.org.uk/membership/ It is a bargain.
