This course  is being offered with a recording of the live sessions available for 7 days after the second session. To access the recording, please purchase the ticket plus recording option, and you will be registered via your ticket details for our training hub and receive an email how to access.

We offer group prices for tickets of 5 or more. Please contact us to discuss

Do you offer support for low income groups / people?

We do offer support where financial difficulty may prevent people from accessing this course. Please email us to discuss.

How do I access this course?

Accepted Answer

You can access via the event page via your Eventbrite Account. The join button will become active on the day of the training. You will also receive an individual Zoom access link prior to the course via email. Please remember to check your junk mail as these emails sometimes get filtered as spam.

Question 5

Someone else bought the ticket for me, how can I access the session?

Accepted Answer

When signing up to a session the purchaser is able to enter your email details for attending this course. If they have not been able to do this please email training.support@pdasociety.org.uk with the order number, name and email address of the attendee and we can update this for you.

Question 6

Will I receive a copy of the slides?

Accepted Answer

All attendees will receive a link to a copy of the slides before and after the course via Eventbrite. This email may go into your spam or junk folder.

Question 7

I purchased a ticket but can no longer attend, what are my options?

Accepted Answer

Transfers to another course are available up to 24 hours before the start time of the course. Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the course. Any cancellations within 24 hours of a course are not able to be transferred or refunded. Please email training.support@pdasociety.org.uk to arrange.
