The Workplace Wellbeing Group is pleased to announce our next Workplace Wellbeing Networking Session on 15 February at the Laxey Pavilion. Registration will open at 9:15am for a 9:30 start.

The session examines the important topic of engagement, an area that is key to producing positive outcomes in the workplace. This is a rare opportunity to hear from Scott Gould, known as the King of Engagement, in his presentation entitled 'The Art and Science of Engaging ANYONE'.

About Scott Gould

Scott is an author, consultant and speaker on the subject of engagement. Formerly a church minister, Scott’s message is about getting to the heart of engagement in a world where so much is only skin deep.

He literally wrote the book on how people engage with ideas, things, and each other, demystifying the process through a series of shapes. As a consultant, he helps organisations increase engagement with employees, customers and communities, both in the face-to-face and virtual worlds that we live in.

Scott’s clients include the UN, UNICEF, Microsoft, The Church of England, Radiometer, Trelleborg, STILL, and he has lectured on the post-graduate programme at Stockholm School of Economics.

Scott's talk will focus on getting critical engagement from people in these critical times.

COVID-19

This event will adhere to current guidance on COVID-19. We will be taking the following measures to protect you:

• HANDS - Hand sanitiser will be available on sign in

• FACE - You are welcome to wear a face covering. These will be provided if you do not have one.

• SPACE – The seating area will be spread out and steps will be taken to allow people to make space for others

• FRESH AIR - The venue will be ventilated so you may want to bring extra layers in case its cooler than expected

If this advice changes we will update the ticket holder at the time of the change.
