1) His own experience of the benefits walking had on improving his mental health for regaining confidence and self-esteem.
2) How to get motivated for the outdoors.
3) Walking routes in Yorkshire - There is so much on our doorstep.

This event is for:
HR, People and Culture Managers, Employee Wellbeing Managers, Mental health first aiders and anyone who wants to learn more about how the outdoors can help with workplace stress.

About the host :
Bill Bishop is a Qualified Mountain Leader and Mental Health First Aider.
Following a 35-year career in a stressful sales environment, Bill's mental health was at an all-time low.
Walking the outdoors saved him.

His Mission at Hills in Mind is to share his story and educate how the outdoors can change your life.
