This detailed workshop will help providers launch an effective Traineeship offer, or grow and improve current delivery.

The workshop will take you through the detail of Traineeships and help you develop an action plan to implement over the next few months ready for the new contract year. You will also be equipped with useful hints, tips and follow-up tools and resources.

Traineeships is now open to all registered training providers, irrespective of their Ofsted grade. The Government is keen to increase Traineeship starts, which is likely to open up new opportunities for providers in the new contract year, so now is the time to prepare for delivery.

This full day workshop will:

Take you through the detailed components of an effective Traineeship programme
Support you to identify barriers and areas for growth and development
Provide you with direct advice and good practice from a high-quality Traineeship provider
Support you to produce an action plan to implement within your organisation
Provide follow-up resources, tools and support
