<P CLASS="MsoNormal">Product thinking is an emerging trend in many organisations. In this cross-functional, agile way of working conversion and UX teams should feel right at home. But there is still sometimes a disconnect with siloed conversion teams struggling to get the resources needed to be effective. In this afternoon session we will talk through how product teams can align with conversion and UX specialists as well as giving some practical advice on how to overcome the differences in process.</P>

<P CLASS="MsoNormal">Simon heads up the optimisation function for Sky.com, he is passionate about helping business to build a deeply embedded culture of experimentation.</P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal">He has over 15yrs of experience in digital analytics and 7yrs experience in digital optimisation gained at some of the UKs largest and most well-known brands.<SPAN CLASS="Apple-converted-space"> </SPAN>Simon has the same passion for digital analytics and digital optimisation as he did when he first began his career and embraces the constant learning, collaboration and sharing required to continually improve his skills and knowledge.</P>

<P>Matt Lacey heads up the Performance team at Code Computerlove, a digital product agency in Manchester. Responsible for analytics, conversion optimisation and product performance across B2B & B2C businesses in a range of verticals. Previously, he ran the conversion optimisation teams at iProspect Manchester and specialist conversion agency PRWD.</P>
<P>He has developed a wide range of experience working across a range of core disciplines including web analytics, user experience, personalisation, AB & MV testing, with a particular focus on conversion optimisation strategy.</P>
<P>Matt has delivered public and direct training courses on analytics, UX and Conversion Optimisation and spoken at conferences such as Conversion Conference UK & Germany, Conversion Elite, SAScon and CampDigital.</P>

<P CLASS="MsoNormal">As CRO becomes more technical it makes less and less sense for it to sit within a Marketing team. This session looks at how Sky rebuilt their CRO center of excellence within agile development squads and progressed from simple A/B testing to fully embedded server side experimentation.</P>
