World Café 2026
A structured, conversational process that encourages collaborative dialogue and exploration, taking place in-person.
Following on from the success of our very first World Café back in August, The Trust is delighted that the second World Café event is now scheduled for Saturday 18th July 2026.
The World Café is a structured, conversational process that encourages collaborative dialogue and shared insight in small groups. It’s grounded in the belief that conversations matter, especially when they’re held in a warm, thoughtful, and inclusive setting. This day will be a rich opportunity to meet collaboratively with colleagues, discuss potentially innovative ideas, building new levels of depth through informal dialog. There will be up to 10 different conversations to choose from, which will need to be selected by participants in advance.

Table topics are due to be announced in the early Spring - expect a rich variety of discussion tables, held by members of the Trust's student, trainer, and trustee communities.
A part of what made the first event successful is that each table held a maximum of 8 participants, so this structure will be repeated, whilst opening additional rooms to increase capacity. Places are expected to be limited and advise people to book early to avoid disappointment.
