World's First Museum of Happiness opens in London's First Happy Cafe!

The World's First Museum of Happiness now has a home - at The Canvas Cafe, London's first Happy Cafe!

To launch and celebrate our exciting news, we'd love to have you join us at our event and mini-party.

Imagine our little museum: we have a beautiful mural of a beach scene. A gratitude tree for you to share your gratitudes. A post box to send letters of thanks to your friends and family. Displays about the art and science of happiness for you to learn from. Blackboard for you to share what makes you happy and send out words of positivity in the world. A happy bookshelf where you can donate, borrow, take or gift a book. Areas for mindful colouring in and mindful origami.

How cool is that?!

During our event, we'll have lots of fun and fascinating experiences, such as massage with Mei, Lomi Lomi massage with Dan and Doria, Facepainting (hopefully!), some Bollywood Fancy Dress for your try with beach mural backdrop, bindis for the bollywood look and some live music too!

Throughout the day, there will be a range of playshops for you to try - just book whichever ones take your fancy.

We have a few mystery ones too...they could be laughter yoga, gong baths, or something completely different - if you feel like a fun suprise, book that!

And all this, just seconds away from a fantastic cafe filled with healthy food, delicious coffee and my favourite - the cakes, vegan and non-vegan. Yummy.

We will be having Bollywood Beach Party Theme - if you want to wear anything Bollywood themed, you're more than welcome!

12pm - Intro and Guided Meditation with Shamash Alidina

1pm - Break for Lunch and socialising and enjoy the mini-museum! All welcome! Free of course!

2pm - Fun Mystery Class!

3pm - Happy Improv Playshop with Sam

4pm - Discover and Use Your Strengths with Izzy McRae

5pm - Fun Mystery Class!

6pm onwards - Bollywood dancing, chatting, socialising or eating cake. Whatever you like! No ticket required for this.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

It's hard to find parking around the venue. Best to use public transport. Liverpool Street or Algate East are the closest stations.
