Carers Manchester

Are you caring for someone at the moment?  Would you like to learn more about worrying and how to understand why we worry?

This workshop explores why we worry, is it helpful and what are the consequences of worrying. We then discuss and look at alternative strategies including the ‘problem-solving’ method. The course is open to unwaged carers who live in, or support someone in the borough of Manchester. Once you sign up we will send you a confirmation email with a tutorial on how to access &amp; use Zoom, you will need a phone, laptop or tablet with a camera and microphone.
