An online masterclass with Professor Andy Gale from the Institute of Business, Industry and Leadership at the University of Cumbria

Today there is much emphasis placed on project management methodologies, systems, procedures and tools. However, without an educated, critical understanding of the fundamental aspects, drivers and human factors of projects, and the significance of context, behaviours and stakeholder dynamics, no method or tool will ensure project success. The definition of success in the context of project management cannot be whether or not the project was on time, within budget and in line with performance requirements alone.
