Join a small, supportive group of like-minded women for a liberating and fun creative writing workshop with mindfulness meditation and fresh baked goodies from the fabulous Last Crumb bakery. Small groups with an uncritical focus. Cosy, private room with a great vibe.
No previous writing experience or awareness of meditation required. All writing is in a notebook with a pen or pencil with absolute freedom to interpret exercises in any way you choose. Not about spelling, grammar, punctuation or publication. An inviation to relax and re-discover your creativity and imagination. You will gain confidence in your own story, a boost to your self-esteem and self-confidence and learn valuable meditation skills that can reduce panic attacks, help sleep patterns and improve mental and physical health.
