Though there is a community of WriteClubbers who regularly come to workshops both online and in real life.WriteCluboffers workshops to help you get words down on the page, to help you deal with procrastination and to get feedback on your work.What if I haven't written anything before?Well, that's probably not true - we've all written stuff at some point. Basically we're here to create a space for you to get words out. It doesn't matter where you are with your writing. Perhaps you're half way through a second novel. Perhaps you haven't written more than a shopping list in years. Wherever you're at, we'll have a session to suit you.I really want to work one-to-one rather than in a group. Can I do that?Sure. Pop us an email at hellowriteclub@gmail.com and we'll arrange a time to chat about our mentoring packages.Who leads the sessions?Workshops are mostly led by WriteClubber-in-chief, Alison Powell. She's been running writing workshops forever (seriously, she even used to get her primary school friends writing stories...) and established WriteClub in 2016. She supports new and established writers and runs regular workshops on all aspects of the writing craft. She is an award winning writer, published in various anthologies and magazines and holds an MA in Creative Writing from Bath Spa.She has years of experience as a secondary English & Drama teacher and is also a fully fledged INLPTA certified Master Practitioner of NLP and coaching. She is an active member of NAWE and a channel partner with Paper Nations.She believes that everyone has the right to express themselves in writing and runs all her sessions with a positive approach and a genuine passion for helping people set their words free. Her love of poetry and story, along with her enthusiasm for helping people find the best in themselves are reflected in her lively, welcoming and open presentation style. She promises to do her very best to ensure you find the support you need to make your writing feel wonderful.

WriteClub online workshop - via ZoomWed 15th April 10-11:30pmIn this Write Together session, you'll be offered prompts to help you get words on the page, plus the space to share your words with others. You'll be guided all the way, so whether or not you have a regular writing practice, you'll be welcomed wholeheartedly.This is not a workshop about craft, but instead, a session where you can find inspiration and enjoy the process of writing together. This is for you if:<ul><li>you enjoy writing...</li><li>...and maybe you've been struggling to get words down recently</li><li>you want to connect with other writers</li><li>you want support in getting ideas flowing</li><li>you feel like writing would be a useful focus for you right now.</li></ul>Come and meet like-minded people, get words out and set them free.
