WRITING FOR WELLBEING

Society is currently experiencing a mental health crisis. Not only are we experiencing the effects of a health pandemic, we are time-poor, constantly rushing, always stressed and subject to the damaging chatter of social media and the pressures of the digital age. Drawing from the work I’ve been doing with hospice patients and mental health charities, I will be offering the opportunity to explore writing as a means of enhancing your wellbeing. Among other things, we’ll be looking at journaling, scrapbooking and poetry.

Tutor: Sandra Ireland
