This half-day Writing for Wellbeing workshop is designed to provide a safe, dedicated space for you to pause, breathe, and reflect. Led by an experienced psychotherapist, this session uses a selection of simple writing exercises aimed at boosting mood and quietening the noise of daily life. ✍
