Writing Workshop - Setting our Course
Writing gives us an incredible opportunity to create small, achievable daily goals that help us to stay connected to our lives and the world
As the euphoria of New Year’s Day wanes, sometimes even a week in, our commitment to new year’s resolutions can feel like it’s losing momentum.
Writing gives us an incredible opportunity to create small, achievable daily goals, that help us to stay connected to our lives and the world around us.
Christmas can often feel heavy with ‘consuming’ and writing helps us to shift our attention to the act of ‘creating’; which of course has a far greater impact on our wellbeing!
During this session we will:
- Learn and practice some writing disciplines
- Do exercises that provoke creativity
- Be encouraged to write in our preferred style!
- Explore story telling
- Experience the dignity of being agents of change
No previous writing experience required!
Course Eligibility: Please note this course is only for adults living within the following Exeter postcode areas: EX1, EX2, EX3, EX4.
