Neuroscientific studies are telling us how holding strong emotions in our bodies, unprocessed, can cause mental health decline, chronic pain and auto-immune disease.
The practice of journaling is a gentle but effective solution to this problem. Facilitated by Senior Reflective Writing teacher, ICF Coach and NLP Advanced practitioner, Nicky, this evening workshop is an introduction into the magic of finding your own words. She will guide you through a series of activities designed to foster self reflection, grow emotional awareness and achieve mental clarity.
