Wycombe Wanderers Foundation will be holding a series of 4 menopause workshops collaborating with Healthy Libraries at the Wycombe Library.

High Wycombe Library

The workshops will be held on Thursdays 6.30pm - 7.30pm 20th April, 18th May, 22nd June &amp; 20th July at High Wycombe Library (White room on floor 1).The workshop will be led by menopause experts Lara Hayward &amp; Roosa Leimu who will provide valuable information on the physical and emotional changes that women may experience during menopause.Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and share their own experiences, which help to create a supportive and understanding environment. Each of the 4 themed workshops will cover exercise, nutrition, sleep and an open forum.The Wycombe Wanderers Foundation is committed to promoting health and wellbeing in the local community. The menopause workshops are just one of the many initiatives the foundation has undertaken to support women's health.Commenting on the upcoming workshop, Wycombe Wanderers Foundation's Head of Health &amp; Wellbeing, Simon Wears said, "We are delighted to be running the workshops colloborating with Bucks Healthy Libraries. It is important to us that we are able to support women in our community and provide them and their families with information and resources that can help them navigate through change."Plesae note that parking is available at the Eden Centre.
