Intro sessions last around an hour or two, depending on questions. In this time you will have chance to learn important information about Extinction Rebellion (XR):

- Non-Violent Direct Action
- Finding a role in XR
We'll also take time to listen to your concerns, introduce you to similar people, and help you get set up in XR. Everyone is welcome to attend to discover more about what we do locally and there's no pressure to do more after.
