Year 3 11+ Taster Session

This interactive taster workshop is designed for Year 3 pupils to introduce them to the skills and thinking styles used in 11+ entrance exam

This Year 3–only 11+ taster workshop is designed to give children a gentle and engaging introduction to 11+ style learning in a supportive, low-pressure environment. The session introduces key skills across Maths, English, Verbal Reasoning, and Non-Verbal Reasoning, focusing on problem-solving, logical thinking, vocabulary, and pattern recognition. Children will look at exam-style questions to help them become familiar with question formats while building confidence and curiosity. The workshop is suitable for all Year 3 pupils, with no prior preparation required, and aims to develop early reasoning skills rather than test performance. This is our second Year 3 11+ taster session of the year, with more to follow.
