Yin offers a different approach, slowing down, staying present, and working with the deeper layers of the body through longer, supported holds.

This session isn’t fast or flowing.
It asks for patience, stillness, and a willingness to meet yourself where you are. With clear guidance and options, the practice becomes accessible without being “easy.”

What to expect:

  • Longer, steady holds
  • Supportive props and clear adaptations
  • Space for quiet, internal focus
  • A grounded start to the new year

Who it’s for:
Anyone drawn to a slower, more introspective style of yoga.
Yin is accessible with the right support, but it isn’t passive. It’s suitable for both newer and experienced practitioners who want time and space to explore the body’s deeper layers.

Practical details:

  • Bring your mat, and any blocks, bolsters or straps you already use.
  • There are spares available if you need them
  • Wear warm layers
  • Spaces are limited

This ticket is for the first session of the January Yin series.
