Give yourself time to pause, reflect and look inwards, with a nourishing yin yoga practice designed by Fiona Finsbury.

In the class we will use a combination of yin yoga postures, meditation and visualisation to gently lift your energy and mood and enhance feelings of wellbeing and contentment, leaving you with a fresh perspective for the week ahead.

Fiona has been teaching yoga since 2012 and has completed trainings in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, Rocket, Mandala, and Hatha yoga. She has over 4000 hours of teaching experience. She is a certified Enlifted level 2 life coach and specialises in breath and vocal health.

Fiona Finsbury has studied yoga for 20 years, and has been a yoga teacher since 2012.  She has completed 750 hours of teacher trainings in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket Yoga, Yin and Mandala with Dulce Aguilar and Jamie Clarke of The Yoga People.

Fiona is a professional opera singer and a certified Level 2 Enlifted Life Coach.
