We are delighted to introduce Karen Harrison-Taylor, our Professional Services Trainer, as our keynote speaker.
Karen is a seasoned professional with extensive international experience, having worked in the UK, Germany, Qatar, and the UAE. Before joining the Derwent Training team, she served as an Advisor to ADNOC Logistics & Services, where she led complex human capital initiatives including Leadership, Performance Management, and Talent Management.
With an MBA and a Master’s in Quality Management, Karen’s expertise aligns perfectly with our professional standards:
Organisational Improvement & Strategy: Leading cross-functional teams and improvement strategies to deliver measurable business benefits and process efficiencies.
