We’ll begin with a hands-on aromatherapy workshop led by Stef, founder of Goly, a natural skincare brand dedicated to creating toxin-free, eco-conscious products. During this session, you’ll be introduced to the foundations of aromatherapy and learn how essential oils can support emotional balance, mental clarity, and gentle renewal during seasonal transitions.
You’ll create your own personalised roller blend and a botanical oil infusion using organic essential oils. Choosing scents that resonate with you, these creations become tools to support your focus, calm, and balance throughout your day and week. This sensory experience encourages you to slow down, fully engage with the present moment, and begin practicing yoga beyond the mat through mindful awareness and intention.
Following the workshop, Sofia will guide you through a slow flow yoga practice suitable for all levels. This grounding yet softly uplifting sequence will focus on breath, mindful movement, and steady strength, helping you reconnect to your body and create space for fresh energy to emerge. Using your newly created aromatherapy blend during the practice will deepen the connection between scent, breath, and movement, supporting a calm and centred nervous system.
Healthy snacks will be available throughout the morning, and there will be time to connect in a warm, welcoming environment with like-minded people seeking a more mindful way to begin their week.
