Brief introduction and check-in, and learn/practice "Breath of Fire" – 3 rounds to energise and focus.

Group Share & Guided Discussion


Space to share, connect, and explore your experiences with the breath. A reflective question is asked to the room.

Guided Lesson


In-depth teaching on weekly topics including: • Breath testing techniques • The science of breathing • The Anatomy of Breathing • The autonomic nervous system’s role and Heart Rate Variability (HRV)

Practice & Integration


Learn and practice a new breathing technique together, and breathing homework is set to deepen practice between sessions and incorporate it into daily life.
