What can I bring into the event?
Please arrive 15 minutes earlier with your yoga mat and appropriate clothing. No mats are provided.
If you get cold usually please bring a jumper and socks for the meditation.
Do I need previous yoga experience?
No! All levels are welcome.
The session is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
What if I have dietary requirements?
All food will be vegan but if you have any additional dietary requirements please drop me an email.
