Candlelit Yoga at BlueHouse Art Gallery

Join us for an evening of slow, nourishing movement and deep relaxation in the warm glow of candlelight at BlueHouse Art Gallery.

Somatic Yoga is designed to support nervous system regulation, release held tension, and cultivate embodied awareness. Rather than focusing on achieving poses, somatic yoga invites you to move gently and intuitively, guided by sensation and breath.

Surrounded by art and soft candlelight, this practice offers a unique opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and unwind in a calming, creative space

What to Expect

  • A serene, candlelit gallery atmosphere
  • Gentle, floor-based somatic movements
  • Guided breathwork and body awareness
  • A slow, accessible practice suitable for all levels
  • An emphasis on rest, ease, and internal experience

No prior yoga experience is necessary. All bodies are welcome.

What to Bring

  • Yoga mat
  • Blanket or extra layers for comfort
  • Optional pillow or eye covering

  • Space is limited
  • Doors open 10 minutes before start time
  • Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in
