Yoga Classes

Find your calm every Wednesday 3-4pm with yoga classes. All levels welcome. Mats provided – just bring yourself and get ready to unwind.

Join us every Wednesday from 3-4pm for yoga classes designed for all levels – whether you're a complete beginner or have an established practice. These sessions offer a chance to slow down, stretch, strengthen, and find some calm amidst the busy term.

Sign up is required for each session. If your plans change and you can't make it, please cancel your ticket so other students can attend – spaces are limited!

Mats are provided, so just wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring yourself.
