Do I need to bring anything?

Yes - please bring a notebook and pen to write in. Wear comfy clothes that you can do yoga in. Mats, props, water and tea will all be provided.

Does it matter if I've never done yoga before?

No that's fine - beginners are fully welcome. Radhika will provide lots of different options for all the poses.

Does it matter if I've never written before?

Absolutely not - beginners are very welcome. You may leave the workshop having rediscovered your inner creative writer!

Question 4

Will we have to read out our work?

Accepted Answer

No. There will be an optional chance to share our experiences of the workshop, but only for those who'd like to.
