Anne BartlettPreviously an avid runner and spin enthusiast, Anne discovered yoga four years ago and really appreciated how both her body and mind felt rejuvenated and relaxed after a class. She completed her RYT 200 hours teacher training at Gaia Yogashala, Thailand and loved that the main aspect of the training covered alignment which is a fundamental part of yoga. She believes that yoga benefits everyone and that it’s never too late to start!Anne’s own personal motto is….breathe, believe, be.Sunny VermaSunny is a Life Coach and his areas of studies and research are based around Work Life Balance, Stress, Diet/Nutrition, Physical Fitness and Lifestyle/Wellbeing and Personal Development. He is an independent distributor for Young Living and loves sharing his knowledge and meeting like minded people who are open to helping themselves learn and develop.
