Yoga for Birth Prep - a relaxing and energising pregnancy yoga class combined with coaching on at home yoga techniques for pregnancy

During the morning we will come together for a relaxing and energising pregnancy yoga class focussing on movement of the body to achieve the most comfortable pregnancy for you.We will spend time understanding how yoga, breath and movement can help during labour, learn exercises to ease pregnancy related aches and pains, practise breath work to de-stress and relax and study yoga postures to assist with optimal baby positioning.We will finish the session with a beautiful meditation centred around positivity and mindfulness.All mats and props will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing/yoga wear.Tasty snacks and tea/coffee will be available throughout the session.About Me - I am a qualified, accredited and insured yoga and pregnancy/post natal yoga teacher. My son is 9 months old and after a physically challenging pregnancy I am passionate about sharing the value and benefits yoga can bring throughout a woman’s pregnancy.
