Overview

A gentle Hatha yoga class to help you unwind, stretch out, and come home to yourself. On a mat or a chair, enjoy a class that works for you

You’ve been holding it all together.
Your mind’s racing. Your body’s tired.
And by the end of the day, you’ve got nothing left to give.

This class is your reset.

Join me for a weekly Hatha yoga session designed to support your nervous system, ease physical tension, and give your busy mind a break. Through breath, mindful movement, and deep rest, we’ll work gently but effectively to help you feel more grounded, open, and at ease.


This class is for you if you:

  • Feel tense, stressed, or overwhelmed
  • Struggle to switch off at the end of the day
  • Want to build a better relationship with your body and breath
  • Need time each week that’s just for you
  • Are curious about yoga or want to return to your mat

No flexibility required – come as you are. Beginners are very welcome. You can practice on a mat or a chair, or a combination of both.

This is your midweek exhale.
