The class is open to runners of all levels. The aim is to prevent injury, to strengthen specific muscle groups and improve flexibility.
Whether you run two to three times a week or you run themarathon, this class is open for you. The class is organised in a way to strenghten the core muscles necessary for good running, but also to stretch the muscles that become tight after running long distances.
