In this workshop we’ll slow things down and explore how to use blocks, straps and blankets to support your body in the poses you meet again and again. You’ll learn simple set-ups, clearer alignment cues, and practical options you can take straight into your weekly practice.
Perfect if you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, or you’ve been practicing for a while but want things to feel better in your body.
