Join me for a 2-hour practice including meditation, pranayama, a strong vinyasa flow and yin yoga for a full-rounded experience.

This way you can discover different styles & aspects of a yoga practice, have dedicated time to play with asanas (poses) & ask questions.

Hosting in a studio at The Bridge where mats, blocks, and bolsters will be provided but always feel free to bring your own.

A ll levels are welcome :) Can't wait to meet you on the mat.
