Kelsea, the heart behind @inneryoga__ , brings a nurturing and grounded presence to every class she leads. Known for her gentle, accessible teaching style, she creates a welcoming space where you can truly unwind, reconnect, and breathe with intention.
Her slow-flow practice blends mindful movement with soothing energy, making her sessions ideal for anyone seeking balance and restoration at the end of a busy week. Followed by a short reflective journalising session to invite meaningful self-connection.
Join us for a morning designed to refresh your body, calm your mind, and nourish your spirit — followed by a light continental breakfast to ease you gently into the day.
