BIND

Yoga @ NAM Sundays 10-11 AM. Vinyasa Flow. Whether you're new to Yoga or a seasoned yogi, all levels are welcome to this weekly Sunday morning class.
The class style is Vinyasa Flow, which simply means the movements will be sequenced to the breath. We will relax, stretch, build strength and most likely sweat as we flow through a creative sequence designed to make you leave feeling more connected than when you arrived. 
Binding the mind, body and breath.
Mats are provided but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in, and bring layers for relaxation.
If you have an injury always make sure to ask your doctor for permission first, and always make the teacher aware of any new injuries before each class. 
No matter what, always listen to your body and don't force things that don't fit with you. Rest when you need, and take your time.
