About Our Online Space:
Join us via zoom from the comfort of your home. The space is your own space. It can be your bedroom or living room, I like to think of this as a "room of your own" in that moment even if it is shared with others the rest of the day. Take this as an opportunity to create an inner as well as an outer space within your home.
What to Bring:
Please roll out your yoga mat. For added comfort, consider a blanket and cushion to enhance your relaxation during Yoga Nidra. Bring props and I'm happy to tell you how to use them, blocks or straps are always useful.
