do i have to of done yoga before?

No, we will guide through both practises in ways that are accessible and understandable. Whilst Ella's Yang to Yin will be more of an energetic pace at times, there's always guidance throughout to help you navigate the practice - and never an expectation to perform any specific poses.

do i need to bring anything?

A journal and a pen would be great, if we end up not being able to go out for our walk due to weather. Mats and props are provided by the studio.

I'm driving, where can i park?

There are several car parks within easy walking distance: Friars Walk Car Park (up to 2 hours*) – 2 min walk Pinwell Road Car Park (up to 8 hours*) – 3 min walk Eastgate NCP Car Park (up to 4 hours) – 3 min walk Phoenix Causeway Car Park (up to 8 hours*) – 6-8 min walk

how do i get there on public transport?

The Unity Centre is a 5 minute walk away from Lewes train station (if travelling by train) or if you're getting the 28/29 from brighton (bus) then you can get off at the Waitrose stop and it's a 5 min walk from there.
