Anya from Balance Garden will guide you with gentle movements, postures and breathwork. No experience needed. Wear comfy clothes.In person at Shoe Lane Library.<ul><li>No experience needed. Accessible for beginners and those with experience.</li><li>Wear comfy clothes.</li><li>We have a limited number of yoga mats available or bring your own.</li><li>Current series dates: 4 Feb, 18 Feb, 18 March, 15 April, 24 June. Each session is designed to be complete, so it does not matter if you come to one or all the sessions.</li></ul>
