Join Nadya Angelova, founder, therapist and yoga instructor behind N’Dazzle Beauty & Wellness, for uplifting yoga sessions at Brent Cross Town. Since 2024, Nadya has been a warm and grounding presence in the community, offering accessible classes for all levels and supporting adults in reconnecting with both body and mind.

Her sessions are known for their holistic approach, helping participants feel rejuvenated, centred and confident.

Saturday Morning Flow – Energise, Awaken, Restore

Start your weekend with a refreshing, energising session designed to awaken the body and clear the mind. Gentle movement, balance work and steady breathing help boost circulation, build strength and ease tension. The class ends with a short, guided relaxation to leave you grounded and ready for the day.

Sunday Evening Unwind – Release & Reset

Close the week with a calming, restorative practice focused on releasing stress and physical tension. Slow, floor-based movements and soothing breathwork support deeper relaxation, emotional balance and better sleep. A gentle body‑scan meditation encourages a sense of ease and reset before the week ahead.

We have a limited number of yoga mats available - feel free to bring your own.
